Client Relationship Representative (Forex)

Location: Onsite at the West Loop office in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $55,000–$83,900 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus of 5–10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the team and liaise with executives to support the RFED business.
• Execute FX orders for US clients and input and reconcile daily trades.
• Answer client questions about positions, trades, statements, platforms, payments, and account issues.
• Proactively contact new clients to support onboarding and funding.
• Build client relationships, improve the customer experience, and contribute strategic ideas for business processes and technology.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of related industry experience.
• Knowledge of financial markets and a genuine interest in economic and market events.
• Strong customer service, client engagement, written, verbal, and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, open-minded, and able to deliver measurable results.
• Open to registration and authorization with the NFA.
• Series 3 must be obtained within six weeks of starting if not held at hiring; Series 34 must be obtained within an agreed timeframe.
