Concierge Agent (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; initially on-site, with hybrid or remote work based on performance and experience

Salary: $60,000 annually, increasing to $65,000 if all required licenses are passed within the agreed timeframe; discretionary performance bonus of 5–10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Provide customer support by phone, chat, and email during weekend and overnight shifts.
• Assist with account management, platform navigation, funding operations, withdrawals, ACATs, and crypto transactions.
• Support inquiries about futures, futures options, stocks, event contracts, index options, order entry, trade status, and positions.
• Monitor unusual account activity, potential fraud, overnight market risks, and margin-deficit situations.
• Triage urgent issues, prepare shift handoff reports, document incidents, and coordinate with Accounts, Banking, Technical Support, Compliance/Fraud, and Engineering.
• Complete sponsored FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 licensing within 3–4 months and develop toward independently handling licensed trading and risk matters.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service experience; financial services experience is beneficial but not required.
• Commitment to a Wednesday–Saturday or Thursday–Sunday weekend and overnight schedule for at least two years.
• Genuine interest in markets, trading, and derivatives.
• Clear, patient, and empathetic communication, including under pressure.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Teams, Microsoft Office, and Atlassian tools.
