What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business and investment processes and provide solutions using hirify.global products.
• Support hirify.global applications and create custom hirify.global models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
• Gather intelligent product feedback from clients and advocate on behalf of clients to Product Development.
• Provide smooth user onboarding and training to promote product usage and reduce client cancellations.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech.
• Client-centric mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience or desire to be client-facing in a support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency learning and using new technology.
• Bachelor’s degree conferred by September 2026.
