Specialist, Trader Service - International Client Services (Mandarin Required)

Location: On site in Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: USD $28.85–$40.87 per hour, plus bonus and language incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Support brokerage clients as a subject matter expert in equities, options, and futures.
• Handle inbound international trader service inquiries and complex client trades.
• Provide proactive, consultative guidance on trading topics and appropriate solutions.
• Resolve client problems while maintaining trading accuracy and managing risk.
• Work first- and second-shift schedules and contribute to an advanced client dialog model.
• Serve as a peer mentor and role model for less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Series 3 license, obtainable as a condition of employment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
• Knowledge of trading, securities, equities, and options, with strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work on site in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• At least one year of client service, financial services, brokerage, trading, or contact center experience.
• Series 9/10 or Series 34 license.
• Bachelor’s degree and market knowledge.
• Experience mentoring peers and progressing toward Trader 3.
