Customer Success Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer operations, partner distributors, and internal subject matter experts.
• Coordinate implementations, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing health of customer hirify.global systems.
• Monitor project progress and operational performance, providing updates and data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct semi-annual strategic operational reviews covering KPIs, feedback, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
• Strengthen customer satisfaction, NPS, referenceability, and internal visibility as the voice of the customer.
• Identify and accelerate upsell opportunities while advocating for customer needs across internal teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience troubleshooting, solving problems, analyzing data, and recommending improvements.
• Technical aptitude and ability to explain solution recommendations.
• Experience with complex technical systems or software is highly desired; travel to customer sites may be required.
