What you will do

• Build data visualization reports and self-service tools for business stakeholders.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to optimize key sales and operational processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data assets and quality metrics.
• Develop analytical models and apply statistical testing to solve quantitative business problems.
• Design measurement systems and metrics to guide program roadmaps and operational performance.
• Communicate data-driven recommendations to sales managers to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VBA, macros, and complex lookups.
• Experience with BI tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven ability to define requirements and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong understanding of financial or business analysis principles.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or analytics.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Background in web analytics, including funnel progression and conversion analysis.
• Experience with project management methodologies and process improvement.
