Business Operations/License Management Analyst

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end software licensing and entitlement lifecycle from booked order through customer enablement.
• Validate orders, products, contract terms, customer entitlements, support eligibility, and licensing prerequisites before fulfillment.
• Generate, deliver, activate, and update software licenses while managing license-related customer communication.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Support, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Renewals, Deal Desk, Finance, and Order Management to resolve licensing issues.
• Monitor licensing requests, service levels, operational queues, backlogs, escalations, and customer-impacting exceptions.
• Develop procedures, controls, knowledge articles, dashboards, reporting, and process improvements that reduce manual work and licensing errors.

Requirements

• Finance or Business graduate with genuine curiosity about business, finance, and technology companies.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and motivation to build commercial and operational skills.
• Ability to validate asset, configuration, serial-number mapping, install-location, contract, and support information.
• Ability to support licensing operations across regions and work across time zones for critical business needs.
• Interest in software licensing, entitlement management, and subscription, SaaS, cloud, consumption-based, or hybrid hardware-software offerings.
