Associate Manager, Transactions

What you will do

• Conduct market research and opportunity mapping to identify strategic data centre expansion opportunities.
• Assess target locations and customer availability zones with the Data Strategy team.
• Coordinate due diligence and feasibility assessments with engineers, consultants, real estate professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, presentations, and progress updates for internal approvals.
• Support negotiations and execution of NDAs, engagement letters, lease agreements, and sale and purchase agreements.
• Track budgets, risks, milestones, documentation, and initiatives that improve acquisition velocity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate, focused on acquisitions, transaction management, or project and development management.
• Investment advisory or consulting experience may also be considered.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
• Industrial or data centre sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
