VP, Transaction Management - Corporate Sector Lending

What you will do

• Analyze the financial position and creditworthiness of existing and prospective corporate lending clients.
• Build financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, validate assumptions, and run internal risk-rating and loan-pricing models.
• Review due diligence, legal documentation, debt structures, business comparables, performance metrics, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Deal Principals, TA&A, Legal, loan operations, treasury, and lending centers to execute transactions and comply with internal policies.
• Oversee deal closing, including final conditions precedent and loan documentation, while preparing client marketing materials and negotiating term sheets.
• Support loan syndication efforts, attend client due-diligence discussions, and mentor Analysts, trainees, and Interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including prior corporate lending exposure.
• Experience in corporate loan origination and execution.
• Strong credit, analytical, financial modeling, and debt capital markets skills.
• Confident presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a deal-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
