VP, Transaction Management - Corporate Sector Lending

What you will do

• Execute new corporate lendhirify.global transactions and conduct reviews in partnership with Relationship Managers and Deal Principals.
• Perform financial and credit analysis, build financial models, validate assumptions, and conduct sensitivity analysis.
• Review due diligence, run risk-rathirify.global and loan-prichirify.global models, and support credit applications.
• Review legal documentation, validate key terms and conditions, and coordinate with Legal, loan operations, treasury, and lendhirify.global centre-of-excellence teams.
• Oversee deal closhirify.global, includhirify.global final conditions precedent and completion of loan documentation.
• Prepare client markethirify.global materials, negotiate term sheets, support loan syndication, participate in client calls, and mentor Analysts, trainees, and Interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounthirify.global, management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior corporate lendhirify.global knowledge and experience in corporate loan origination and execution.
• Strong credit skills, understandhirify.global of debt capital markets, and financial modelhirify.global expertise.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, collaboration, and cross-cultural workhirify.global skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deal-oriented, deadline-driven environment while maintainhirify.global professional standards.
