Senior FP&A Manager (Fintech): Building and leading the FP&A function across the group with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and unit-economics analysis. Focus on establishing scalable planning processes, developing a team of 2+, supporting pricing and capital-allocation decisions, and using BI, data, and AI tools to improve insight.

What you will do
- Own group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Build and maintain financial models, scenarios, analytics, BI tooling, and AI tools.
- Deliver management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Provide revenue, profitability, CAC, contribution margin, and LTV analysis.
- Partner with leadership and functional teams on pricing, costs, capital allocation, investments, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop an FP&A team of 2+ while establishing scalable planning and reporting processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Prior fintech, payments, or e-commerce experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading and developing teams of 2 or more.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into decisions.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- CFA, CA, CPA, or MBA.
