What you will do

• Execute M&A, equity, and debt transactions for banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and FinTech firms.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors during transaction execution.
• Prepare marketing materials and complex valuation models to support financial transactions.
• Develop pitch materials and industry analyses for client coverage and business development.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to strengthen client relationships across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Singapore.
