What you will do

• Execute M&A, equity, and debt transactions for financial institutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors.
• Prepare marketing materials, valuation materials, pitch books, and industry analyses.
• Support client coverage, business development, and relationship development.
• Work with senior bankers on advisory teams serving banks, insurers, asset managers, specialty finance companies, and FinTech firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• 1–4 years of relevant investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory experience.
• Prior experience executing financial institution transactions in Southeast Asia.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of financial institution balance sheets, regulatory capital requirements, and valuation methodologies.
