Regional Manager, Milwaukee (Parking)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Office-first role requiring employees to be onsite at least four days per week.

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus potential benefits, bonuses, and stock options.

What you will do

• Oversee regional operating plans, budgets, reforecasts, and financial goals.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to maintain location profitability.
• Build client relationships, address concerns, manage budget discrepancies, and ensure contract compliance.
• Improve client satisfaction and retention through feedback programs, facility audits, and retention plans.
• Manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, onboard new clients, and grow existing accounts.
• Mentor subordinates, implement development plans, and address performance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple locations, stores, or properties.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding budgets, developing new business, and building client relationships.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, KPI, and contract knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain complex financial information.
• Effective negotiation skills for new contracts, account retention, and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack, plus a valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Bachelor's degree.
