Site Manager, Area (Multiple Sites)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States; travel to assigned sites and customer locations is required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and company programs across multiple assigned sites.
• Lead safety, attendance, recognition, training, communication, and employee performance programs.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, recommend budget adjustments, and oversee materials, equipment, and supply planning.
• Maintain relationships with key customer contacts and frequently visit assigned accounts.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site audits and consolidate weekly site reports for the Regional Manager.
• Coordinate QBR calendars and support supervisors in meeting customer and hirify.global specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, decision-making, communication, and commercial skills.
• Ability to execute plans, work under pressure, and demonstrate confidence, drive, and responsibility.
• Experience supervising employees, including hiring, work assignment, time-card approval, performance evaluation, training, and problem resolution.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
