Program Manager II

What you will do

• Develop project plans for limited- to moderate-scope programs and small derivative projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and operations to launch products and solutions.
• Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and dependencies.
• Facilitate core-team meetings, document progress, and consolidate status updates for senior management.
• Track deliverables, maintain milestone alignment, and escalate complex obstacles when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of project management techniques, scheduling, staffing plans, task duration, and dependencies.
• Experience with development processes and product launch activities.
• Ability to communicate, present, facilitate, delegate, and request follow-up effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
