Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California; Dublin, California; or Bellevue, Washington

What you will do

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the Snowflake Investment Program, including annual budgets, quarterly targets, and policy governance.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Sales leadership, and Sales Operations to align investment budgets with go-to-market strategy.
• Manage day-to-day program operations, including submissions, investment reviews, approvals, action items, and regional consistency.
• Build and maintain program dashboards, AI skills, and KPIs covering financial performance and operational health.
• Create MBR and QBR reporting packages with actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Lead improvements across finance systems, tools, and workflows while supporting broader GTM Finance initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Field Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or related roles, including ROI analytics.
• Experience owning complex finance-led programs with strong project management discipline.
• Deep familiarity with the end-to-end deal cycle and high-growth technology operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and contract management platforms such as Ironclad.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining AI-powered finance tools, dashboards, or workflow automations.
• Familiarity with Snowflake’s platform and data products.
• Experience in a global role spanning multiple theaters or regions.
• Background in investment program governance, deal desk, or commercial operations.
