Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA; full-time onsite attendance required. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $28.00–$40.00 hourly

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
• Coordinate candidate travel, reimbursements, and onsite visits.
• Deliver a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and support recruiting operations.
• Assist with process improvement, university recruiting, sourcing, and People and Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience; associate degree and at least 2 years of experience; or at least 3 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed and work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.
