Purchasing Manager, Materials Management, ETCH/SRP, Global Supply Chain (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $120,000.00–$165,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage integrated materials planning processes covering inventory, procurement, and associated costs.
• Analyze customer demand and historical material usage to execute build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans.
• Manage procurement activities, material inventories, delivery schedules, supplier scorecards, and sourcing strategies.
• Represent materials management in production meetings and shortage-management war rooms, resolving priority shortages and supporting on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shortage resolution and shipment-allocation decisions across Austin and Singapore builds.
• Lead supply continuity, obsolescence, lead-time mitigation, capacity planning, and MCOS savings initiatives, including management of approximately 5–6 direct reports.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of materials management, procurement, inventory control, and production planning.
• Ability to analyze shortage metrics, build-plan changes, supply risks, and recovery plans.
• Experience coordinating with quality, engineering, machining, assembly, suppliers, and cross-functional business teams.
• Ability to manage supplier performance, cost, quality, delivery, budgets, and departmental resources.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
