Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; hybrid work flexibility is available.
Salary: $202,560β$303,840 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive equal to 30% of base pay.

What you will do
- Design and execute long-term global sourcing strategies for semiconductor, electrical, and mechanical direct components.
- Embed strategic procurement in new product development from ideation through early supplier involvement and component selection.
- Manage strategic component suppliers and align supplier relationships with contract manufacturing and joint development manufacturing strategies.
- Advise executive leadership, engineering, and product teams on procurement strategy, product roadmaps, market dynamics, and financial goals.
- Use market intelligence, analytics, and negotiation strategies to secure pricing, ensure supply continuity, and mitigate lifecycle and market risks.
- Build and lead a high-performing procurement organization while improving contracts, negotiation processes, and change management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 20+ years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience, including direct materials sourcing in technology or electronics manufacturing.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with hardware and semiconductor sourcing, capacity management, and market dynamics.
- At least 10 years of people management experience, including development of senior-level talent and high-performance cultures.
- Deep expertise in semiconductor, electrical, and mechanical component markets, strategic suppliers, JDM, ODM, and complex contract manufacturing models.
- Executive-level communication, influence, negotiation, analytics, cost reduction, and value-creation skills.
