Asia Pacific Regional Manager/Director, Service Business Unit (Semiconductor Service): Leading regional service business and field service operations for MDP/ALD semiconductor equipment across Asia Pacific with an accent on customer strategy, product marketing, pricing, and financial planning. Focus on developing service opportunities, coordinating cross-functional product and support execution, and solving complex business challenges across multiple geographies and partner organizations.

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan. Relocation eligible. Travel required approximately 25% of the time.

What you will do

  • Lead regional business strategy, planning, execution, and customer engagement for the Asia Pacific MDP/ALD Service Business Unit.
  • Manage regional product marketing and field service focal teams.
  • Develop service value propositions, market sizing, sales opportunity analysis, go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and financial plans.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, finance, legal, product development, and external partners across multiple geographies.
  • Drive service product lifecycle execution, equipment support, new product introduction coordination, and service contract performance.
  • Present business plans, progress, opportunities, and resource requirements to customers, senior executives, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Higher degree or equivalent experience with at least 7 years of industry experience.
  • Depth or breadth of experience with wafer fabrication equipment and metal and atomic layer deposition products.
  • Experience in regional leadership, management, marketing, sales, or service business operations.
  • Strong program management, technical, financial, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
