Account Manager (AI)

Location: Remote USA

Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage relationships with assigned airline clients and vendor couriers within the Bags, Inc. logistics business.
• Develop trusted partnerships with airline representatives and proactively address their needs.
• Create and present quarterly business reviews and performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Oversee vendor courier operations and adherence to performance standards and service level agreements.
• Use AI and other technologies to improve workflows, operational costs, customer experience, and delivery ETA windows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on operational efficiencies and client-requested features while managing complex escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Account Manager experience, ideally in hospitality or the airline industry.
• Experience in relationship management and presentations for high-level audiences.
• Experience or strong familiarity with data analytics and using AI to improve logistics or account management operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Proficiency with operational tracking systems and AI tools for workflow transformation.
