Campus Engagement & Early Talent Recruiter (University Recruiting): Building targeted university recruiting programs and early-career talent pipelines through long-term relationships with students, faculty, clubs, research groups, and campus partners with an accent on creative campus activations, sponsorships, and candidate engagement. Focus on designing campus-specific strategies, managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers, and tracking engagement, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.
Salary: $90,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits for full-time hires.

What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted university recruiting strategies across priority schools and programs.
- Build long-term relationships with students, faculty, researchers, student organizations, athletics programs, career offices, and other campus communities.
- Design and host recruiting activations including technical talks, design reviews, office hours, networking dinners, showcases, portfolio reviews, and small-group events.
- Manage the full-cycle early talent pipeline for internships, new graduate roles, and other early-career opportunities.
- Manage club sponsorships and campus partnerships, ensuring meaningful engagement and consistent follow-through.
- Track event outcomes, candidate engagement, pipeline health, program performance, and conversion metrics while partnering with hiring managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in university recruiting, campus programs, talent partnerships, community building, or a related recruiting role.
- Experience managing programs and events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schools, events, partnerships, and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed and work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.
Nice to have
- Experience planning campus events, student competitions, sponsorships, design reviews, technical workshops, or community programs.
- Experience with internship and new graduate recruiting cycles.
- Experience using AI tools to identify target student groups, personalize outreach, track engagement, summarize event outcomes, and improve follow-through.
- Strong network-building skills and experience developing long-term relationships with campus communities.
