What you will do

• Manage interfaces with the Autonomous Driving Division, vehicle production and manufacturing, and vehicle E/E systems.
• Lead gateway network communication, vehicle functionality, diagnostics, BCM specification, and hardware/software integration.
• Develop cloud OTA upgradeability and software architecture coordination.
• Define power and signal distribution, grounding distribution, wiring harness partitioning, packaging, and routing.
• Coordinate low-voltage junction boxes and vehicle assembly sequencing.
• Manage budgets, recruiting, organizational planning, international synchronization, cost targets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and fallback solutions; report to the VP and board members.

Requirements

• Automotive industry experience in E/E systems and architecture, suppliers, technology, or innovation.
• Expertise in vehicle E/E systems and packaging of E/E components.
• Strong management skills, system knowledge, networking expertise, and technical understanding.
• Master's degree, PhD, or comparable education.
• Experience coordinating functional safety concepts and cybersecurity concepts and execution.
