Senior Specialist, Finance Systems & Transformation (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office at the hirify.global corporate headquarters. Occasional travel and in-person meetings are required.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Advise Finance on system capabilities and help define the finance systems landscape across ERP, reporting, planning, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for SAP Finance, including FI/CO functionality, configuration, best practices, and functional designs.
• Translate Finance requirements into system solutions and partner with IT and external teams on delivery.
• Optimize planning, close, cost management, reporting, and other core Finance workflows through standardization and simplification.
• Enhance real-time reporting, KPI visibility, Finance data governance, and the single source of truth for Finance data.
• Support automation, roadmap planning, adoption, training, and change management across Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Tax, and Treasury.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance systems and/or SAP Finance roles.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, including close, FP&A, cost accounting, and reporting.
• Hands-on SAP Finance experience with FI/CO and experience translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Ability to work in the Charlotte headquarters office 4–5 days per week.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

• Exposure to planning, reporting, and analytics systems.
• Manufacturing or automotive experience.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, automation, or transformation initiatives.
