Sr Lead Enterprise App (SAP S/4 HANA-Finance)

Location: Austin, United States. The role requires collaboration across global time zones and may require obtaining a US Department of Defense Security Clearance.

Salary: $124,000–$208,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and integrate the Record to Report (FICO) value stream within a greenfield SAP S/4 HANA transformation.
• Design FICO enterprise structures and master data objects, including business partner data.
• Develop functional, data conversion, and integration specifications for the R2R value stream.
• Review and guide project activities across build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition.
• Resolve process, integration, and SAP solution architecture risks and issues.
• Provide FICO thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise to global project teams.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall experience, including 5–6 full-lifecycle SAP implementations as an R2R Lead Solution Architect in a multinational company.
• Required experience with greenfield SAP S/4 HANA project implementations across blueprint, configuration, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Strong SAP S/4 HANA FICO expertise covering GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, project systems, product costing, and overhead cost control.
• Experience with US GAAP, IFRS ledger setup and reporting, multi-currency ledgers, global USD reporting, lease accounting, bank accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting.
• Experience integrating FICO with MM and SD, including distribution, logistics, and dropship scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to work across global time zones are required.

Nice to have

• Hi-tech industry implementation experience.
• Finance integration with Ariba for payables.
• Implementation experience with at least two of SAP S/4 HANA, MDG, Signavio, and Vertex.
• Experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.
