ERP Functional Analyst, SAP FI/CO

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; travel 10–20%

Salary: $112,000–$168,000 annually, plus cash incentives

What you will do

• Act as the IT subject matter expert for finance distribution processes and SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and improve integrated finance processes across accounting, Accounts Receivable, billing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Analyze AR processes and identify opportunities for automation, improved cash application, streamlined invoicing, collections, and dispute management.
• Deliver SAP FI/CO projects and enhancements from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis through solution design, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Provide hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 production support, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, solution architects, cross-functional teams, global IT, and AMS partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and 3+ years in a functional IT role.
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes in distribution companies, including DSD processes.
• Experience with HighRadius is required.
• Strong understanding of SAP technical system architecture, analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management.
• Experience or exposure to SAP BW reporting and strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business.
