ERP Functional Analyst (SAP FI/CO)

Salary: $112,000–$168,000 per year plus cash incentives

What you will do

• Serve as the IT subject matter expert for finance distribution processes and SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and improve integrated finance processes across accounting, AP, AR, reconciliations, controls, and reporting.
• Analyze and optimize Accounts Receivable processes, including cash application, invoicing, collections, deductions, and dispute management.
• Deliver SAP FI/CO projects and enhancements through requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Provide hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 production support, troubleshooting integrations, master data, configuration, and transaction issues.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, solution architects, local and global IT teams, and AMS partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and 3+ years in a functional IT role.
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes in distribution companies, including DSD processes.
• Experience with HighRadius is required.
• Strong understanding of SAP technical system architecture, analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment; travel 10–20% is required.
