Business Program Manager (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Cupertino, United States; domestic and international travel to client sites and factories may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for Tier-1 OEM customers from project initiation through FATP ramp-up and mass production.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, managing timelines, deliverables, communication, and project reviews.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, procurement, finance, client teams, and contract manufacturers.
• Manage schedules, risks, resources, material readiness, demand planning, and production capacity.
• Drive NPI readiness, FATP line setup, factory ramp-up, corrective actions, and business continuity.
• Support contract negotiations, business development, roadmap analysis, proposals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project or program management experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably with Tier-1 OEM accounts.
• Strong understanding of FATP processes, NPI, and high-volume consumer electronics production.
• Experience in OEM, ODM, or EMS environments and familiarity with related business models and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
