Internship- Presales Consultant

hirify.global Bulgaria EOOD is the employing entity for this internship within hirify.global’s EMEA Services Pursuit Center.

What you will do

• Support Service Architects on global Managed Print Services opportunities.
• Analyze and manage data used in bid proposals.
• Develop fleet design proposals and support contract evaluation and preparation.
• Track deals, report progress, and monitor bid execution and compliance.
• Coordinate with hirify.global functions during proposal execution and signed contract delivery.
• Communicate with internal project teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in progress.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data using a methodical and logical approach.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in a virtual team environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and the ability to apply tools and technology to produce results.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other EMEA languages.
• Experience with reporting tools or data management.
• Awareness of Managed Print Services offerings.
