PreSales Architect

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation to work an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Support sales processing activities for assigned areas and processes.
• Learn and apply requirements across sales processing operations.
• Collect, consolidate, and chart sales and process data to identify trends and issues.
• Perform basic analysis and recommend improvements.
• Implement specified changes to processes and tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand performance expectations and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems, and practices.
• Good analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
