FY26 New Graduate Pre-sales (Sales Operations)

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan, with an expectation of working from an HPE office an average of 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Support sales processing activities across assigned areas and processes.
• Learn requirements and develop capability in sales processing operations.
• Collect, consolidate, and chart sales and process data to identify trends and issues.
• Perform basic analysis and implement specified changes to processes and tools.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand performance expectations and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems, and practices.
• Good analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
