What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact and escalation point for assigned strategic accounts.
• Lead and oversee complex quantitative research projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Provide consultative support on sampling, survey design, and data quality methodology.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales to develop and expand accounts.
• Troubleshoot delivery challenges and implement practical, solutions-focused outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to improve service levels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative online market research experience on the agency side.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a business environment.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience with SPSS, Decipher, ConfirmIt, CMix, or MarketSight.
