VP, Marketing, eComm (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Build the eCommerce marketing organization and lead performance marketers, creatives, and analysts.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.
• Own the customer lifecycle, including email, SMS, and abandoned-cart recovery.
• Manage high-volume production of video and static creative, using performance data to guide iteration.
• Build analytics infrastructure using Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and advanced statistical models.
• Lead AI-enabled marketing operations, demand-generation analytics, and activation campaigns that drive new-customer revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience focused on Direct-to-Consumer or eCommerce environments.
• Proven experience with AI-driven marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods, and advanced modeling.
• Recent hands-on experience executing campaigns in advertising platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work independently, create new processes, and communicate clearly with teams and executives.
• Experience in healthcare or telehealth.
