What you will do

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of growth marketing initiatives, including performance channels and lifecycle marketing.
  • Lead and coach world-class creative and user acquisition teams to foster a culture of high performance and ownership.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and executive team to align growth objectives with overall business goals.
  • Model and measure marketing impact to anticipate and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Master the user journey to understand motivations and deliver lasting value to users.
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to contribute to strategic business discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing teams for B2C mobile-first products.
  • Deep expertise in Performance Marketing, UAM, Creatives, and PGM.
  • Proven track record of scaling app growth meaningfully.
  • Ability to balance data-driven analytics with creative storytelling to activate users.
  • Experience with AI, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Successful managerial experience leading growth or performance marketing teams.
