Strategic Finance Manager (PropTech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 base pay annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the annual budget cycle and maintain financial models and reporting frameworks for monthly reviews.
• Prepare strategic analyses and updates for executive leadership, Board meetings, and investor fundraises.
• Partner with the CFO on capital markets relationships involving warehouse debt, venture debt, and alternative financing structures.
• Lead diligence processes and evaluate new products, unit economics, strategic partnerships, and resource allocation.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for critical financial and operational metrics.
• Deliver forecasts, presentations, ad hoc analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, STEM, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of investment banking and/or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data as actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, teamwork, quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with financial systems and analytics tools; NetSuite ERP and Aleph are preferred.
