Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Brooklyn, NY (hirify.global HQ). Office-centric work with the option to work remotely on Fridays under company policy.

Salary: $98,800–$125,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly business performance while providing strategic insights.
• Partner with inventory planning, buying, and selling teams to develop data-driven recommendations that improve ROI and profitability.
• Build strategic analyses and scenario-based financial models connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Own the inventory FP&A budgeting process, including annual planning and monthly or quarterly actuals-versus-budget tracking.
• Present financial data and recommendations to senior leadership and partner with C-suite stakeholders on business decisions.
• Analyze competitor performance and market trends and support Earnings and Board of Directors materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance and strategic analysis, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or FP&A.
• Strong financial analysis, Excel, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage complex models, shifting priorities, and rapid deadlines.
