What you will do

  • Design, build, maintain, and deliver technical training curricula for fleet technicians and customer operators.
  • Convert engineering documentation, release notes, new features, and technical manuals into practical field training.
  • Build scalable training frameworks, certification programs, and refresher courses for an expanding robot fleet.
  • Measure certification completion, feature adoption, and support-ticket trends to improve training outcomes.
  • Collect field feedback and communicate tooling, documentation, and user-experience issues to Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain and version training materials as the robot hardware and software evolve.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement.
  • Experience designing and launching technical training programs from scratch.
  • Ability to translate complex engineering documentation into intuitive learning for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong in-person instruction skills in shop-floor and classroom environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30%–40% to customer sites and fleet locations.
  • Ability to independently own the training function and drive cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Welding or manufacturing domain knowledge.
  • Experience supporting internal technical teams and external customers.
