What you will do

• Design, maintain, and improve onboarding and levelling programs for Atlas Data Operations robot pilots.
• Deliver instructor-led training on robotics hardware, software, products, APIs, solution infrastructures, and operational processes.
• Coach and assess robot pilots, identify skill gaps, and track knowledge retention.
• Create and maintain technical training materials, task playbooks, SOPs, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Own the documentation change-control process and coordinate documentation and operational needs across Data Operations, Engineering, CL&D, and partner teams.
• Translate effective techniques from experienced pilots and engineers into training programs and standardized documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in instructional systems, curriculum management, or technical training leadership; a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a technical trainer, documentation specialist, or teacher, including communication of complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing curricula for instructor-led training and managing small projects or operations in a fast-paced technology, R&D, or laboratory environment.
• Experience using generative AI to create and optimize polished documents from source content.
• Ability to operate VR headsets, motion-capture suits, and handheld VR controllers for extended sessions; VR use may cause physical discomfort or motion sickness.
• Strong computer proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with robotics concepts, VR systems, or machine-learning data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems, enterprise networks, Linux command line, or Python.
