Business & Operations Recruiter

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits for full-time hires.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates uranium enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production and support affordable nuclear energy.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake, sourcing, and screening through interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Recruit for corporate and operational functions including People Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, and Business Operations.
• Balance high-volume hiring with specialized searches and adapt sourcing and assessment strategies to each role.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers on talent strategy, hiring profiles, labor-market insights, and interview processes.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess capability, judgment, motivation, track record, and organizational fit, and provide a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain applicant-tracking records, coordinate onsite interviews, support early-career hiring, and build scalable recruiting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience; associate degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience; or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, business, or operational functions.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with different levels of complexity, urgency, and hiring volume.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, candidate-assessment, negotiation, judgment, discretion, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed and work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.

• Experience recruiting in complex, regulated, industrial, manufacturing, defense, energy, or high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across multiple levels, from coordinators and individual contributors to leadership.
• Expertise in cold outreach, talent mapping, referrals, targeted networking, professional associations, events, and creative sourcing campaigns.
• Experience using recruiting data to forecast hiring outcomes, improve conversion rates, and advise business leaders.
• Experience developing repeatable recruiting processes in an early-stage or rapidly scaling organization.
