Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California; full-time onsite presence five days a week with very limited exceptions.

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus significant stock option packages.

hirify.global builds AI-native manufacturing systems that combine software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts, including advanced metal 3D printing technology.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, onsite interviews, interview debriefs, offers, and closing.
• Maintain active pipelines and provide a high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with teammates and company leadership on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Expand talent acquisition through tech talks, external events, and other talent outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate on employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of technical recruiting experience in software, machine learning, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Ability to recruit for technical, operational, and leadership-level roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Hawthorne, Los Angeles.

• Three or more years of technical recruiting experience.

• Executive search or hard-to-fill, low-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience pitching equity or stock options and working directly with senior technical leaders.
