Senior Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing

Location: On-site in Portland, Oregon, United States. Relocation assistance is available if required.

Salary: $110,000–$155,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized manufacturing, engineering, science, and technical roles from entry level through executive level.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring strategies for production scale-up and operations.
• Develop sourcing strategies using outbound search, referrals, targeted campaigns, and recruiting tools.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical capabilities and cultural alignment while providing a high-touch candidate experience.
• Maintain pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions and coordinate on-site interview logistics.
• Use recruiting data, market insights, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring for manufacturing, technical, engineering, and scientific roles.
• Experience recruiting for scaling manufacturing organizations, including production engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging hard-to-find technical and manufacturing talent.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments with rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong communication, candidate assessment, hiring-manager partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem.
