Finance Manager - Procure To Pay

Location: Penang 15, Penang, Malaysia; Shift 1 (Malaysia)

hirify.global is hiring for finance operations within a Global Shared Services Center environment.

What you will do

• Lead the setup, transition, and stabilization of end-to-end procure-to-pay operations.
• Manage invoice processing, vendor master governance, payments, expense management, and GR/IR reconciliation.
• Drive process harmonization, automation, digitization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish internal controls and maintain the SOX compliance framework.
• Partner with procurement, treasury, tax, and global business stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and service delivery governance while leading the P2P team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with strong P2P operations expertise.
• Prior Shared Services Center or Global Business Services experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Experience with regional or global stakeholder management, ERP implementation, migration, or finance transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW, or equivalent.
• Experience with SSC setup, migration, or transition projects.
