Senior Manager, Accounting

What you will do

• Lead Global Accounting Operations and oversee accurate, compliant day-to-day accounting activities.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidated reporting.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, lease accounting, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet governance.
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual internal and external audits, resolving findings and delivering required documentation.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, Sites Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to manage risks and improve financial processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting professionals while driving automation, standardization, finance transformation, and ERP enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
• At least 8 years of experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with Oracle, Workday, Workiva, or equivalent platforms.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in multinational organizations and complex global environments.
• Experience using technology, automation, data analytics, and AI solutions to transform accounting processes.
