Finance Analyst (Account Payable)

What you will do

• Process vendor and employee payments accurately and in line with financial policies, local legal requirements, and SOX business controls.
• Review, develop, and update process documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, employees, and banks, following up on requests through resolution.
• Support Accounts Payable process improvement and ad-hoc projects, including digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate across Accounts Payable teams and escalate issues to supervisors or management when required.
• Resolve internal, external, and SOX audit issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong accounting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business controls skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with digital tools such as Excel, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to use AI and intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency, analytics, and dashboard insights.
