What you will do
- Manage global vendor master data, including vendor creation, changes, and deactivations.
- Support the rollout of vendor master data strategies, standards, policies, and improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, and global teams during transitions into Business Services.
- Review vendor master policies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Present solutions and support continuous improvement across the Procure-to-Pay process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in vendor master data, Procure-to-Pay processes, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, systems, policies, and master data management practices.
- Knowledge of global vendor tax reporting requirements and financial systems.
- Experience with change management, internal customer training, risk assessment, quality standards, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication, organizational, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
