What you will do
- Design intuitive, scalable user experiences for custom B2B business applications.
- Conduct user interviews, collaborative ideation sessions, and UX research.
- Design both new 0-to-1 products and iterative improvements for mature products.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales.
- Design AI-powered experiences, including generative interfaces, conversational UI, and agentic workflows.
- Contribute to design systems, prototypes, tooling, and implementation quality.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing interactions for B2B web applications, preferably PaaS or SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with UX research, user interviews, ideation, and complex problem analysis.
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, responsive layouts, and strong craft competency.
- Deep Figma experience across high-fidelity mockups and low-fidelity wireframes.
- Experience with AI tools for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and writing, including Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI models, Figma Make, or AI coding agents.
- Experience with design systems, design tokens, components, and accessibility principles, particularly AA-level WCAG compliance.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B2C products.
- Comfort prototyping in HTML, CSS, or React and contributing small implementation changes through pull requests.
