Senior Product Manager, AIP, EAM |IFS Copperleaf (AI)

Location: Miami, FL, USA; hybrid work opportunities are available.

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Define and execute AI-driven product strategies for infrastructure planning, capital investment optimization, and asset lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional product development from discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
• Translate customer needs into scalable AI/ML features for Asset Investment Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, and intelligent decision support.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver user-centric solutions that improve operational efficiency and asset performance.
• Analyze product performance, monitor market trends, and use predictive analytics to guide roadmap decisions.
• Engage clients and industry stakeholders as a domain expert in AI-enabled asset investment planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise software and AI-powered solutions.
• Experience with Asset Investment Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, infrastructure planning, or related domains.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle modeling, risk-based planning, and capital prioritization frameworks.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques and leading AI-centric product initiatives in agile environments.
• Experience working with utilities, transportation, municipalities, infrastructure, or similar asset-intensive sectors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business value.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GIS, ERP, and AIP systems.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks, predictive analytics, and data platforms.
