Senior Manager, Product Management (AI)

Location: United States

Base salary: $150,000–$325,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and possible equity awards.

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI and Industry Solutions portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Design, and other stakeholders on technical execution and quarterly planning.
• Make portfolio investment decisions by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Identify market opportunities, validate product direction, and prioritize features with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Guide products through discovery, roadmap planning, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years leading Product Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical foundation and experience partnering with Engineering and Design teams.
• Experience defining strategy for complex enterprise software portfolios.
• Experience building customer-centric products in enterprise SaaS or business process automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with business process automation, workflow, or enterprise application platforms.
• Experience leading AI-driven products, automation platforms, or industry-specific software solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional roadmaps across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing product management teams.
