Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus potential stock options and/or long-term cash awards.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for satellite hardware from manufacturing and subassembly through bus integration, final testing, and delivery.
  • Translate program milestones and delivery requirements into daily and weekly production plans.
  • Release work orders and track progress through inspection, testing, and hardware readiness.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to resolve conflicts and ensure materials, tooling, and documentation are ready.
  • Monitor critical-path constraints, delays, planned-versus-actual performance, completion forecasts, and schedule risks.
  • Create recovery schedules and maintain accurate scheduling data in ERP and MES systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing coordination in aerospace, defense, automotive, or another complex manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows, production dependencies, and material readiness.
  • Ability to interpret work orders, bills of material, and engineering drawings.
  • Experience with scheduling, ERP, MES, or project-management software.
  • Must be a U.S. person authorized to work in the United States and permitted to access export-controlled technology.

Nice to have

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience scheduling satellite, spacecraft, or launch-vehicle production.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or Excel.
  • Knowledge of critical-path scheduling, capacity planning, earned-value principles, cleanroom operations, or configuration-controlled hardware.
