What you will do

• Identify suitable candidates for current and prospective industrial clients.
• Conduct interviews, inductions, and full worker reference checks.
• Establish client requirements, including job descriptions, working hours, and pay rates.
• Maintain worker and customer records and support time management and attendance processes for payroll.
• Ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly and that customers are invoiced accurately.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety, employment, contractual, quality, and ISO procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, organisation, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confidence communicating with people at different levels and responding quickly to customer needs.
• Ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Acceptable details confirming the legal right to work in the UK are required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment.
