What you will do

• Source, interview, and match civil engineering and construction management professionals with suitable roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outreach, business development calls, visits, networking, and events.
• Manage the full recruitment process from taking the initial brief through candidate guidance and offer negotiation.
• Develop specialist expertise in the civils and construction market by understanding customer needs and market challenges.
• Take accountability for recruitment targets, monetary goals, business growth, and profitability.
• Collaborate with consultants, managers, and senior business directors in the Leicester Construction, Property & Civils team.

Requirements

• Experience as a recruitment consultant or in a comparable client-facing commercial role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to hold honest conversations.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Strategic mindset for identifying opportunities and achieving profitable outcomes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
