What you will do

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent.
• Own proactive sourcing pipelines across engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk.
• Identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates.
• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand requirements and refine search approaches.
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines in Ashby.
• Conduct market mapping, track sourcing activity, and provide insights on pipeline health, market trends, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role.
• Experience sourcing for software engineering or other technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to use data and insights to improve sourcing performance and decision-making.
